If I'm being honest, I found out about this place on TikTok, and from looking at the drink with mochi, and the dragon fruit, we decided to try it out, and what more perfect timing that we spend our last day in California in San Francisco!

At first, I thought that we would be waiting forever in line to order our drinks, but it was a relief to see that the line was actually for the bakery right next door. It was still quite busy at Tea Hut, but that didn't stop anything from not being amazing! I was not expecting the drinks to be made from real, all natural fruits! It's actually pretty hard to find good places that are innovative AND use real, fresh fruit. It's even hard to find a good place that just uses real, fresh fruit!

I feel like everyone that was working had really good chemistry, and they all seemed experienced because I kept seeing them whipping out drink after drink! It was honestly pretty busy and more and more people kept coming and coming, but they still whipped out the drinks quickly and perfectly! They were also pretty nice as well.

I was happy to see that the seven drinks which we ordered were not only perfectly made, but also tasted delicious and were aesthetically pleasing! By the way, all the drinks weren't for me, but I did get two drinks, and one of them was the Mango Dreamer (with Boba), and the other was Cheese Dragonfruit (with Boba as well)! From my family I heard the drinks were super tasty, and one of my cousins finished it quickly and they NEVER finish any of their drinks, so I thought it must've been good. I personally liked the mango drink more than the dragonfruit one because it was more refreshing and I'm a big fan of mango drinks! The dragonfruit drink was tasty, but I wish it was colder, but overall it was really good and tasted just like dragonfruit! Same with the mango, it tasted just like mango and you could taste the tea that was added. The boba was also very tasty and very soft and lucious!

Overall, it was a pretty fun experience and opportunity to try this place out. It was awesome spending our final day of vacation in the bay area and San Francisco. We started in Vegas and stayed for a month, went to San Diego for a few days, then Sacramento, and now it's coming to an end, and I feel like I ended it on a high note by...

Not impressed by the drinks and the staff was not very helpful. The drinks were drinkable, but I would not come here again.

I ordered a Black Osmanthus tea from the Cheese Foam section and my significant other got a Coconut Milk with Pudding from the non caffeinated section. When I ordered the black Osmanthus tea, she asked me if I wanted any toppings. I said no, and she responded, 'no cheese foam either?', and I was really confused because ordering from the cheese foam section, why would the cheese foam not be assumed? Disregarding this though, the tea had a slight aftertaste that reminded me of Splenda. I have had Osmanthus drinks before, and I don't think this flavor is from the flower. She had told me that the Osmanthus would be there in the form of jelly, and there was no jelly either. The coconut milk with pudding was also weird. The coconut milk tasted very strongly of coconut which was nice, but we couldn't tell what the jelly was until he finished drinking all the liquid. There were two default 'toppings' in there that the staff didn't mention, one was the advertised jelly that tasted just like the drink, and one was a firmer thing that was kind of crispy. Almost like eating the palm fruit that they put in Vietnamese drinks. All together though it was not very satisfying (and very overpriced for coconut milk with odd toppings).

Maybe other items in the menu are better? But the menu and staff's explanation of our drinks was not accurate. I would drink them if I were handed them again, but I would not buy...

Tea Hut Green milk tea has been one of my fav; however, I had a bad experience at this location last time: BAD SERVICE. A dark-skinned, middle-aged guy presented as rude and arrogant. I waited for about 30 minutes after I ordered and was confused cuz my friend who ordered after me got her drink a while ago. I went to check with the guy about my drink. Apparently, my order was missed/skipped, which could be the system's fault, I don't know. But I had to explain again and again why I was checking and show my text receipt more than once to prove that I already ordered and waited for more than 20 minutes. He seemed impatient and eventually printed out my order but didn't say anything to address the mistake, instead, just left me by the counter. Later, I asked whether it was possible to reduce one ingredient while adding a bit more of another. He semi-rolled his eyes and threw a harsh, abrupt "NO" onto my face. I said "okay" with embarrassment, and he said he could only reduce one ingredient but not add another more. The no is not the main problem, I understand that if that is the rule. What struck me the most was how he acted and communicated that. I didn't feel welcome at all and left Tea Hut in a bad mood. It affected my impression of Tea Hut and I probably won't go back to that...
