Spaces Levi's Plaza — Local services in San Francisco

I rented office space from the Regus/Spaces Levi’s Plaza location, and I have been trying to get my security deposit back since December 1, 2025. Despite following all the required steps, I am still waiting with minimal progress and no resolution.

I was promised my deposit would be returned by March 1, 2025, yet here I am, still chasing after my own money. I’ve reached out over ten times, only to be met with excuses, delays, and false promises. No one has escalated my case or taken accountability. I have wasted an endless amount of time trying to resolve this issue, but they continue to ignore me.

Regus/Spaces is quick to take your money but refuses to return what they legally owe. I fulfilled my contract, vacated the space properly, and yet they are still dragging their feet and making it as difficult as possible to get my refund.

If you’re considering using Regus/Spaces, be warned—they operate in bad faith and have zero accountability. If they owe you money, prepare for a long and frustrating battle. Avoid this company...

These guys are super shady, soulless and will take as much money as they possibly can from you. They do not care about the people that rent their spaces whatsoever, they only care about the contracts. I paid for the entire year and I ended my 1 lease less than 90 days before it ended and they auto-renewed for another entire year without my permission and told me I should have read my contract, they were right, I really should have read my contract and made sure to cancel the automatic renewal more than 90 days before my lease expired. Last week I needed an office for the day to complete a project and was so pleased with my experience at Spaces! It's near the Embarcadero/Financial District which was conveniently located for my colleague and I. I was helped by Romario, who had a professional attitude and was very nice and helpful when it came to our multitude of questions. He quickly got us accommodated and set up, and just like that we were ready to go. I would definitely return in the future for any upcoming side projects or even just to have a place to focus.
