I asked Peter (staff) I need to mail a letter to Hong Kong by the Global Express (1-3days) service. He gave me the wrong form at first time and gave me another form after I completed the first form and waiting my next turn. Than he asked me to fill out another form after I completed the 2nd mailing label and get ready to pay. I am mailing document to my mom and he asked me to fill out another the form for business purpose include buyer and seller information. He said this is his computer show him that FedEx is only for business purpose. I told him this letter is for business purpose but I am not selling anything. He said he doesn't know why but I can't send without giving those information... OMG I left the post office because I am not sure what he will ask me to fill out next. PS. A woman before me had the same problem. Peter print out a label and put it on her letter but he took it off and told the woman that something was wrong (he said he didn't know why) but she couldn't send her letter. Look, we all know what to expect when trying to ship packages in December. You're going to have to wait. If you waited until the last minute like me, you especially need to have patience, we brought this on ourselves. Anyway, given that their was a long line and I was prepared to be miserable, I was actually surprised at how easy it was. Yes, the man at the counter was efficient and maybe came off a assertive to some, but I liked that he was moving things along. He also had donuts delivered that he handed out to customers as we made our way to the desk. It was such a treat to have someone try to make others' day with a simple treat, especially during a stressful time. Read moreI felt disrespected and dismissed. I didn’t realize my envelopes wouldn’t stick/close until I’d left the bank after purchasing cashiers checks. They were stamped and ready but needed tape. The worker whose name I didn’t get said he would tape them for me this time. He kept dismissing me, telling me bye, okay thanks as he was sealing/taping my envelopes with much “attitude” as I waited for them to be secured he was calling for next customer while still taping my mail. I was thrown off by all the attitude and dismissive behavior and wanted to turn around and give some “attitude” back. I can wait for you to finish sealing my mail….Don’t get prissy with me…..
