I purchased my first suit from Uomo this last Friday, and I am now a loyal customer for life. I live in the South Bay and will drive up to San Francisco to patronize Uomo for all future purchases … not just suits, but everything they sell. You need to read my story I arrived at my hotel an hour before a black-tie optional event in San Francisco where I was to accept an award on behalf of my company, Adobe. Executives from many other companies and politicians where in attendance too, so this was a BIG deal. When I discovered that I left my garment bag and suit at home, and that there wasn't enough time to drive home to get it, I panicked. I literally had less than hour to figure out what to do. I saw Uomo across the street form my hotel, but it was closed. Masoud was still there to interview someone after closing, so the door was unlocked. When I shared my situation with him, he called his tailor back to the shop and somehow was able to fit and tailor a beautiful Canali suit in less than 45 minutes. My dress shoes were in my garment bag at home too, so Masoud suggested I take a pair from his shop and return them the next day. All I can say is wow! Masoud helped me stay calm during one of the most stressful situations I’ve ever been in … he saved me. I can’t thank you enough Masoud. My hotel being located across the street from Uomo was pure luck, but that wouldn’t have been enough. It was even luckier that I ran into someone like you, a generous human being with tremendous empathy when I needed it the most. When I returned the shoes the next day, I picked up a sport coat and several things to wear at work. The quality of everything at Uomo is first class. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
