I don’t even know where to begin with how well taken care of I felt with BVOH consulting. My career life was basically turned upside down the beginning of the year and right when I started my job hunt JP at BVOH contacted me. From start to finish JP truly listened, learned, and worked with me to help me figure out what exactly would be the next steps with my career. He sent over some potential jobs and one that I truly was interested in. He offered mock interviews, I was rusty thanks to being 8 years out of the game, and tips on what would help me get through the next round. I was very happy with my experience with BVOH, specifically with my recruiter JP Lapid. He was very attentive and detailed since the very first exchange, and throughout the entire process he was very professional and really listened to his candidate about what they are looking for. What made me choose him over other recruiters was because of his great listening skills (and I don’t say this lightly) and his expertise in helping me narrowing down my options. Once I made clear of all the dealbreakers that would stop me from making the move, he would only filter through qualified jobs for my review and would not waste time convincing me otherwise just because he had positions on the table. He also didn’t push me to make decisions when I had two leads on the table and really patiently waited for me to make the call and only provided feedback when requested.
