Horrible service. Placed an online order for 2 pizzas and a 2 liter to get delivered. Mind you, you get charged additional fees for the service. Since Little Caesars use DoorDash, there is no way to inform the delivery person if the order is wrong. So I called the store and spoke with Jessie who says he is the manager. He tells me that they make sure the order on the receipt is correct before the dasher leaves, however in my case it wasn't. So, because my order wasn't truly reviewed, we received the wrong order and Jessie told me there is nothing they can do because it was the Dasher's fault even though he said they make sure the order is provided correctly from the receipt. So I get charged not only additional fees, but Jessie told me I would need to go back to the store to get my order correct. What kind of service is that?!?!? That is horrible service and you basically take customer's money for your own mistakes! Horrible service and honestly, that manager Jessie needs a refresher of how to provide customer service! Read moreI have been a customer of this Little Cesar’s for about 10 years now and I have never had such a horrible experience when it comes to ordering a pizza whether it’s over the phone, walking in, or through the app. Your employee Michael; little man with a deep voice, 3 times my pizza has been given away while I was right in front of the do-do. Did not even receive an apology, he’s arrogant, and no sense of customer service. He makes every employee there look bad, the company bad, and and most of all the management. There’s a lot of horse play and grab ass going on in the back. Seems like there isn’t any management. There’s been times that the line has been out the door with only one employee on the register and 5 or 6 employees goofing off in the back. My household orders a pizza at the minimum of 2 times a week. And every time I ask to speak with a manger, I’m am always handed extra food to make up for my order being incorrect, this has not happened once or twice, but many many many times. Read moreI ordered 2 pizza and crazy bread and sauce before 7 min before closing they still took the order. so I drove over to pick it up thinking it was nice of them to take last min order. they were closing as expected so I called when I pulled up and Mariah pick up told me they three away the pizza's because I should know that they close at 10. So I said then why did you take the order and why waist food. She said she didn't take the order. As I see her messing around with a co worker I ask who took the order. She said everyone busy to ask.
