I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this restaurant and feel compelled to share our experience. My boyfriend and I have been regular customers, always tipping generously at 25% and making an effort to be friendly. However, one particular server, a Korean woman who wears a mask, has consistently been rude and unwelcoming to us. It feels like she sees us as a nuisance, despite us doing nothing to deserve this treatment. The other staff members are generally great, but this woman’s attitude stands out negatively. Every time we order, she acts irritated, even though we’re polite and respectful. Things reached a breaking point during our last visit yesterday. We were a group of three and ordered two dishes. She openly showed her frustration, acted in a discriminatory manner, and made it clear she didn’t want to serve us. Despite us being Asian ourselves, it felt like she was prioritizing Korean customers over us. To make matters worse, she directly told us, “You come with two people and order one dish, now three people and only two dishes. Don’t come back here again.” We tried to stay polite, explaining that we’d order more next time to match the number of people, but she snapped back, “We don’t need you coming back.” We’ve noticed this pattern before—she’s reluctant and visibly annoyed when we ask for simple things like water refills, but she’s all smiles and quick to serve Korean customers at other tables. If this restaurant only wants to serve Korean customers, they should put up a sign saying so. We’re paying customers, yet we’re treated terribly, and that’s unacceptable. I strongly urge the management to address this server’s behavior. Her attitude is not only unprofessional but also feels blatantly discriminatory. If this continues, I’m seriously considering taking legal action and reporting this to the authorities for racial...
Read moreI just try it for the first time and it’s become my favorite Korean Restaurant. The food is so fresh and taste delicious, I go with my sis and we order total 3 things: Stir Fried Baby Octopus: It’s make me wanna try at the first sight. Not only include Octopus but also have some meat and rice cake on that. Kind of spicy but not too much. Totally in love with that Chicken Wings with Soy Garlic: We order a small plate with 5pcs, we love it, the skin is crispy and strong taste of sauce ( A+), not spicy and they also provide a glove to avoid dirty on your hand Kimchi Stew-Beef: The portion is the small stone bowl so it’s gonna be warm for long time. Come with beef, tofu and kimchi, taste a little bit spicy and sour. They also come with 6 mini dish of Banchan and Rice ( purple or white rice ) and refill free if you guys need more. THE EMPLOYEE HERE IS SO NICE AND FRIENDLY!!!! I love the way she always smile with customer, and she willing to help if we have anh question or order more and she always ask to fill your Banchan. The dinning room is clean and fresh, we come at lunch time and have a great time here. Hopefully this store gonna have more customers get to know and go to try the food. Very recommended to try Bigspoon...
Read moreI'm really upset with this restaurant. My boyfriend and I always tip like 25% and are super nice, but this one Korean server with a mask is so rude to us. She acts like we're a problem, even though we’re Asian too. The other staff are fine, but she’s awful every time we order.
Yesterday was the worst. We were three people, ordered two dishes, and she got mad, showed clear discrimination, and didn’t want to serve us. She said, “Two people order one dish, now three with two dishes. Don’t come back.” We stayed polite, said we’d order more next time, but she snapped, “We don’t want you back.”
She’s grumpy when we ask for water but all smiles for Korean customers. If they only want Korean customers, put up a sign! We pay to eat here and get treated like garbage. The owner needs to fix her attitude. This feels like straight-up racism, and I’m ready to call the police or take this to court if it...
