Do not go in, it's drive thru or no go.
One of the entry doors was locked, the lights kept flickering on and off, and there was trash left on at least a fourth of the tables when I got there, and when I had left 50 minutes later, those tables were not addressed. It is worth noting that no one was eating inside
My partner placed an order for pickup earlier in the day, I got in and stood in front of the register and they refused to acknowledge me. After waiting for over 10 minutes, someone else else in and asked if their online order was ready, which prompted me to ask about mine because apparently waiting doesn't work here.
I give a name, they didn't have it, I show the email receipt and am asked to see the receipt in the app. I tell them I don't have the app and I just get a shrug. Fine, I try calling my partner, but no luck, I go back to the counter and try explaining my situation and ask why the email receipt doesn't work and he says he needs the store number and order number. I show him the store number in the receipt and ask if he can look the order up by name and he says yes.
Which means he doesn't need the order number and I've been lied to already
So I place a new order and when I get home later, turns out the combination of wings to flavors don't match the new receipt
Partner calls back and I explain that her order should be cancelled, it still shows as open in her app. Go back in, have to flag the guy, he then says if an order isn't picked up in an hour, it'll get cancelled, but we got no email about this and there's still a charge. He says he can't look the order up because it was deleted from his system, I ask if he can check orders that have been picked up and he says those are deleted too, but at this point I don't have reason to trust what he says.
I like Popeye's, but I just don't trust this location to even try to take care of it's walk...

This Popeyes is the second location I've tried it and I can already see the inconsistency. I got one classic and one spicy sandwich. The texture of both was normal, but they were both very over salted. My friends also agreed that the sandwich was quite salty by their taste. When compared to the previous store I tried, the first experience was more normal. I believe this location is lacking in quality control...amongst other things.
The Miscellaneous The restaurant on the side of a plaza, you'll be able to find parking pretty easy. The inside is what you would imagine, like other Popeyes locations. The service...was barely adequate, to say the least. There were some customers ahead of us, but it was not like packed. I asked the staff putting together the orders about 25 minutes after ordering. He mentioned there are 4 more orders ahead of us. Then I still waited almost another 20 minutes for our order. It took 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches...last I checked, Popeyes is a fast food restaurant. Moving on to the staff...the cashier was normal, was able to manage tasks well. The order assembler was running aimlessly. Read moreI chose this Popeyes because it's close to my home. This is the second time in the week that I had my order messed up. I use the app. I picked out the select pieces of chicken and the sides that I wanted and it was incorrect 2 days ago when it was incorrect. The manager checked the ticket apologized and fixed it because they knew they were wrong the second time. I think the lady was upset because I mentioned that there was the second time she got an attitude with me and I watched her try to replace pieces of that chicken instead of replacing the entire box as well as the sides. She tried to give me old fries instead of giving me the fresh fries and then when I told her that I watched her do it, she got combative with me. She told me that fresh chicken would be 15 minutes. I told her okay. I don't mind waiting she said can you pull up? I said no. I don't want to pull up. Why can't I wait here? She said just get yourself a refund on the app so I sat in a drive-thru and told her to come back to the window and write it down her name and store number. She gave it to me very loppy I could barely read it so I waited for them to come back and for them to write it down again. And then after that the nice gentleman at the drive-thru said that my chicken will be ready soon. If I could please pull up then they would have it ready for me and because he was polite I did what he asked. She was rude and if she's having a bad day she should not...
