Honestly super disappointed. I ordered a burrito bowl with white rice, black beans and chicken. The girl didn’t seem to hear me about the first part and asked if I wanted black or pinto beans again and I re-iterated that I want black beans. I didn’t notice that she never scooped my chicken because I just got off of a four hour flight and was grabbing a late bite with my sister. I purchase my bowl and chips and my sister pays and we leave. My sister asks me in the car if I just didn’t want meat and I was confused because I got chicken? She said the employee never scooped my chicken and I just didn’t notice because I’m chatting with my freaking sister I haven’t seen in a year. I can accept partial blame for not noticing the missing chicken scoop. But how are you going to ask for clarification on what kind of beans I want and not the meat choice? My sister goes inside to ask for a side of chicken since it’s missing and she’s telling me it was five bomboclat dollars! They’re saying they won’t give me the chicken because I was charged for a veggie bowl but I literally didn’t know it was missing. I literally spent twenty dollars for an average chicken bowl! My main thing is how do you ask for clarification on the beans and not the meat? I said chicken and black beans and I understand if you didn’t hear me but you can just ask, “I’m sorry what was that?” Instead of saying which bean and moving on. Just super disappointed, tired , and hungry after my flight. The way the miscommunication was handled by the staff and manager on duty was a joke. What a...

It was 96 degrees outside today and we were asked to wait outside. That's okay, we're in a pandemic and they want to limit capacity. So we decided to place an order online since they were taking awhile and we could wait in the car instead. We see a long line outside the Chipotle.
Our order pick up time was 1:45. We went in around 1:46 pm and there was nothing. We stood inside waiting because it seemed they were letting the online orders wait inside and people walking in had to wait outside. We waited a few minutes and a staff member asked what our names were. He just left and we watched him, he didn't even work on our order. 10 minutes later, another staff member asked us our names again. We got our food around 2:05. We got there around 1:25.
The food safety at this Chipotle is not sufficient. We really didn't want our food anymore after watching the staff member make our food. She gathered the messy lettuce on the counter with her hands. Like scooting the lettuce away with her palms and then she continued using the same gloves to get lettuce. also, one of the staff members handed two forks to a man for take out and the man handed it back to the staff and he placed it back in the cup...
Read moreThe service here always questionable. The food is sprayed everywhere on the counter. The young ladies wiping off the workspace with some kind of washcloth God knows how many times it's been wedded I don't understand why she didn't use some clean paper towels. And then when it got time to pay I had ordered three bowls and I wanted two vinaigrettes for each bowl and they try to tell me they didn't have any we ran out they said.
I find that unacceptable I told him if you don't get some I'll just walk out and I'm not paying for it. He's old let me ring it up I'll go get you some. I said no you get the vinaigrette bring it back and I'll pay for it. By that time some security guard walked in and him and the fellow went back there chatting away in the kitchen having a good old time while I'm waiting for them to make this vinaigrette I think it took him about 15 to 20 minutes to mix it all up in the mixer. Well he finally came out with it and I paid for my order but again this place is highly...
