Careful around Cleaning times, Half way through my Dinner - The lady cleaning out the Recycling bags and the Trays other Patrons leave im their eay out, decided to pick up the door mat and shake juat behind my table but inside the restaurant??? , and a little stone jumped into my plate? She was gracious enough thou , "By giving UP her OWN Lunch as the replacement to my meal....". I knew this after I moved to another table, at ear's shot from the registet, right when the Chef asked her: if She was gonna eat right now? She said Yes! but brought it to Me instead,.... She apologized...." it was another chek time when I pointed to the messy table full with crumbs and spills, She again excused the place foe that and prompt me to another TABLE.... However on my way out as I was refilling my drink wirh Tropical Fruit Tea? , I overheard the same lady distributing food dishes into trays, So was facimg the Kitxhen and her loud voice saying, You satisfied Pigging Out??? I could not believe , the synchronicity for a Comment or a Phrase loke that ? Just in time when I'm walking out... Almost like a shot to a target a mile away in the middle of the Night...WHAAATTT??? I simply walked faster on my way out.... BUT SERIOUSLY It was not my fault a pebble.jumped onto my little DISH WTH burfuer and fries --- And Was She upset By Not recognizing Her own mistake and just getring Me a new plate with Cleaned food but instead of ordering her early Lunch and giving to Me??? Beats ME!!! --- Other than that time The Food at HB&G is Always Always and Excelently Fresh, Cooked to perfection , Santa Barbara Sandwich is afwully satisfying and it is best w Green Beans Tempura or just gigantic Fries, the sauces with The Sta Barbara Cobb Salad are best Combo, and it is the only place I have try this Salad with TUNA , great Protein and don't forget to try their Shakes ,...

Terrible service, I ordered tonight through the app for curbside pick-up and the order didn't go through supposedly, but my bank was charged. I was trying to get dinner for my kids but that didn't happen instead my kids walk away with nothing. I called The Habit and spoke with a customer representative and she asked what the order was and then had me on hold when she got back on I was told they did not want to make the order because they did not receive it through the computer system so I drove down there and spoke to what I guess is a manager who was very rude and unprofessional told me they do not just make food unless they receive it through the system even though i showed him the charge to my bank account and the mobile app order i had added to my cart but he continued to tell me they would not make my order because it was not in the system and was telling me what I was saying didn't make sense and that I basically had to accept that I was not going to get food I payed for. I called Habit costumer support and filled a complaint. I will be filing a complaint with the better...

I live down the street so I come here every so often whenever I'm craving for a burger. Visited on a Friday June 10, 2022, around noon. There were a couple tables filled...average busy level but it took pretty long for our order to get ready. We only had 2 orders of the double charred meals set with green beans tempura substitution for one meal. No special order and the food took a while to be ready. Looks like they were focusing on fulfilling the take out orders and I felt neglected as a dined in customer.

It was a Friday lunch...it's toward the weekend so I'm taking it easy and willing to discount that fact.

But the one thing I must complain and find it annoying was the music output level. It was blasting so loud and that my lunch date and I couldn't carry a conversation. Yes, there are tables outside on the patio which I would have sat normally but it happened to be over 100 degree degrees outside.

Food is ok. Service a little slow is still ok but music loudness was a turn off. We left as soon as we finished our meal....or maybe that was...
