Been going through a warranty nightmare for over a month with a dead LG French Door Refrigerator that's less than 1.5yrs old purchased for my elderly mother, so we needed something ASAP. Allison & Jordan were so gracious listening to our ordeal and offering insights on the current conditions (few qualified techs and limited parts for appliances). Got a great deal on the exact Fridgidaire Gallery French Door refrigerator model that we had been looking at elsewhere which retailed for several hundred more. It was a brand new dented open box model which only had damage in a location that wouldn't be seen at all once installed. We were elated when they were even able to deliver it to our doorstep the same day plus we got an extra 1yr warranty serviced by a local company too!
