This review is for the ( see you soon gift shop address #200) NOT #266. HORRIBLE SERVICE by the owner!! The costumer service from the owner is horrible, we took maybe 15-20 minutes being indecisive about some necklaces, and the employee was very nice, not the owner whatsoever, incredibly rude and problematic. Saying "Either you buy or you dont" and telling her employee "stop wasting your time they're not gonna buy anything" "you're being too indecisive" or making funny remarks, we're literally costumers deciding weather we want to buy $100+ necklaces or not, mind you i only wear gold and they were silver, i dont own anything silver so it is something to really consider. They were very beautiful, only reason i even considered it even tho it wssnt gold, but with that attitude absolutely not. Raising your voice to costumers is not ok! :) They were supposedly giving a huge discount but we went to a different store and the standard price was significantly lower lol. No wonder the shop was empty. Would definitely not recommend buying here. Everyone at the other store addresses #266 were very nice!! We absolutely bought from here. DON’T SHOP HERE!!!

EDIT 07JUL2022: The owner's only response to my very detailed account of why no one should patron this pathetic store was "not true" Please, heed my warning and souvenir shop elsewhere. You're guaranteed to find another store that has better items, better prices, and MUCH better service!

The man in the picture that works there is extremely rude to customers browsing in the store.

He came up to me after a sizing tag fell as I was looking through shirts to tell me that it’s separated by size and then proceeded to make a rude comment in Spanish not knowing I spoke Spanish and I responded in Spanish and he ignored me.

At the same time another customer was being yelled at so the whole store could hear just because she was trying on a hat. We heard him yelling at her “IF YOU SAY YOU’RE BROWSING THEN JUST BROWSE. DON’T TOUCH AND TRY ON EVERYTHING!”

Stay far away and shop at the other shops with employees that appreciate their patrons for choosing to shop there.

There are plenty of other gift shops right next door to give your business to and they’re more than happy to welcome you in their store and make sure you...

The prices are about the same as the other 30 gift shops in Old San Juan. The employees are very nice and want to help you. But the owner is quite unreasonable. He will not let you try on even a t-shirt over your other t-shirt to see if it roughly fits. And they have a no return policy even if you later find out that it doesn't fit. But the no return policy is posted waist high under a cash register overhang so that you can only see it if you are about 3 ft tall and happen to be looking at the...
