This place is amazing. Simply put. The owner is awesome he was on the floor waiting to meet customers. I had been looking everywhere for a certain bead charm for my pandora bracelet. I had traveled the whole island duri ng my trip to PR and each store I came accross I looked for this charm for my bracelet. Couldnt find it. On my last day in PR I told my husband just a few more stores, then I saw the big sign with the charm I had seen online pictures on it. I was so excited I literally knocked my daughters stroller over lol it was fine my husband caught it. Other stores had coqui charms that were in he hundreds but I wanted this one because of what it looked like. It was the coqui perfectly accurately shaped and had the Puerto Rican flag on it's back. Sterling silver. Having a conversation with the owner who had made the charm he informed me that Pandora wanted his design and offered him a messily 30k for it. He laughed at them and said no. I'm glad he did. I'm all for supporting locals and this guy deserves all the praise for his idea and ingenuity. It was only $65. I will definitely be back for other pieces of jewelery and PR items the next time I go. This is such a wonderful store. I first visited it in September of last year, and fell in love with a bracelet that I couldn't afford at the time, but never stopped thinking about. A day before my trip last week, I decided to see if it was still there and received the best service; Manny took the time to text me photos of all of the pieces that I was interested in and I came and picked up the very bracelet I had been longing for the following day! Max and Yvonne also provide exemplary service, making sure you see all of the beautiful pieces in their various collections and they ALL have a knack for knowing just what you would like or what would look great on you. The prices are very reasonable and they are willing to negotiate just to see you walk out of there happy with a piece that you love. I look forward to going in there often during my stay here and they are now my favorite...

I just returned home to Chicago, after a much needed and overdue vacation in San Juan, with some very eye catching jewelry from 7ven Seas Jewelry. Upgraded to a wedding band with larger diamonds and they resized my old ring to fit on my pinky. I couldn't be happier with the results!

The staff is very knowledgeable and take their time to earn your business, rather than trying to sell what they want to sell. That's why I bought two more rings, matching multi color topaz rings, for my wife and another pinky ring for myself. And....a Breitling watch, which needs an extra link to fit my wrist that they will be shipping soon.
