We had the most incredible experience at Brava, and a huge part of that was thanks to the amazing VIP door manager, Chris. We were hotel guests & from the moment that we passed by to go to dinner, we knew we would be back that night because Chris was friendly, informative & had amazing energy. Once we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The âbirds eyeâ VIP table was perfect, the service was attentive without being overwhelming, and they truly made the night feel special. Itâs rare to come across someone who makes hospitality feel so genuine, but Chris did exactly that. He even checked in on us inside at the end of the night to make sure we were happy with everything. We went back every night that we were in PR and Chris always greeted us like we were family! Because of him, Brava has become one of our favorite spots, and we canât wait to come back! P.S. Someone named Jose (grey hair) who is somehow associated with the nightclub took our Bad Bunny VIP lanyards & camera that were distributed to concert guests & didnât return it. He wore it for a bit & then gifted it to some random girls without our consent. Stay away from...
Read moreI am just giving 2 stars because this club is part of the hotel i stayed up, i must admit i had high expectations considering the exclusivity and hype beforehand. On friday they had an special event so we couldnt go in. Then saturday come my and my hubby try to go in a couple of the staff was friendly and nice! I was able to bring my own drink from the bar .. however a lady with curly hair told us they had a dress code and couldnt go in.. he was wearing dressy shorts and collar shirt . Understandable, in as we are walking out we see someone else booking a table wearing similar short and just a t shirt, np we went up we changed and was able to get in.. it wasnt pack.. bartenders and guards were very nice and friendly. Music was alright⌠like 6 out of 10 too much hiphop for my liking. Its PR so i expected more latin. Np few mins after we saw 2 guys wearing shorts and many girls wearing jean shorts so i dont know why they pick and choose. That was very upsetting. As we left we asked, dress code doesnt apply to all correct? The guard gave us a smirk . So dont expect much. It...
Read moreI'm absolutely furious at how these club representatives turn down us customers /tourist who come to visit this so called top notch club. They have people going in with jeans and supposedly have a "strict dress code". My husband and I were trying to go for the Yandel after party and were denied enterance because he had khai shorts on. I find this to be the most ridiculous thing ever and to the manager of this club, it's really messed up that you deny someone enterance who made their way all the way from Rio Grande and vacationing from New York. Oh and your little passes for the next day have no meaning. The whole point was to go to the after party. But I guess it'll be more money saved in our pockets!! Thank you Brava Management. Yo que pensaba que los boricuas eran...
