I am not a shopper, so very rarely go into a store. However, I wanted a Brighton purse. So, I spent an hour there. The staff was very knowledgable about their product, helpful, cheerful and sweet. They were extremely helpful in helping me chose the right items. The 2 ladies helping me gave me nice hugs as I left. I will definitely visit this store again. Brighton used to clean your jewelry because it’s not silver. It’s silver plated I came in. They said my jewelry was so old which I did by five years ago but they promised that they would send it away and get cleaned when I purchased it I came into the one in San Marcos location and they told me they could not help me. I placed an order over the phone at the San Marcos location for a bracelet that was sold out in my area and the customer service was incredible. Olga was very kind, helpful, and timely. Order was placed on a Wednesday and it was delivered to my house Friday with a hand written Thank You letter! Very impressed! I highly highly recommend...
