This store is horribly managed and ugly in customer service. Not recommended at all. My daughter went in to purchase multiple little charms, her and my daughter n law were looking one of the girls said can you all move we have other customers that want to look at them as well, Out loud why would you say that out loud you can't imagine the embarrassment she put my daughter in, my daughter just left the store.she could have moved the jewelery to the side for the other customers instead of rudely telling my daughter to move like that. Recently, my daughter said she wanted to take her Pandora to be cleaned she got down and asked one of the same girls and said we don't clean those it has to be on weekdays, my daughter asked why, their answer was... that's just the way it is, with an annoyance in their face. They didn't have a real reason to refuse, it's either them being lazy, managers have not trained anyone in the staff well to clean jewelery which is so unprofessional, or they are on a high horse wanting to refuse, either way. The employees need education and respectful manners and know how to respond I have been in retail business and I have managed several stores and none of my employees would have answered that way and if so I would really coach them on customer service. There is a way to treat your customers and clients. They bring money to our store. I really don't understand how a manager can have these girls working. I will make sure I speak and make some words out there not to visit this store, bad customer service. All they do is apologize here, that's all. That store needs someone from corporate to come and see how the store is "maintained" as a regular customer and see how their employees handle business. I will make sure of that. I highly recommend the one in Barton Creek they are phenomenal. And please with all due respect don't come in here apologizing, actions speak...
Read moreI bought a charm online on Pandora to pick up in store for free, but when I got there the sales associate said she had to ring me up for it again in store and “the charge on my card from the first purchase would disappear in a few days.” I asked her if she was SURE of this, because I’ve never heard of needing to be charged twice in order to pick up something I ordered online. I tried explaining to her (her name was Martha) that I already paid for it online and I showed her the order email, but she refused to give me the charm unless I paid for it again. I ended up paying for it and I left, but I kept the receipt because I had a feeling this wasn’t how it worked. Lo and behold, two days later the original charge processed and I was indeed charged twice. When I called the store they told me to just “dispute it with my bank”, but my bank won’t dispute it without sending me a new credit card and I don’t want to have to go through the process of getting a new card for no reason. I’ve been trying to get a hold of the store again for two days now and no one is answering the phone, I’ve called 12 times throughout the day today (really... 12 times after looking at my call history...). This is absolutely ridiculous, especially since the charm was $80 and to be told to just call my bank to have them refund me through a dispute is not a solution. This store is 35 minutes away from me and I really don’t feel like going all the way back for this, but I guess I have to since no one is...
Read moreI went in to exchange my free bracelet from the promotion for a different size. The manager gave me the ugliest attitude when she explained that they weren’t allowed to return the free bracelet but she would make an exception because the sales associate had already told me that I could. I went in a couple of days later to look at specific item from the new collection (I checked online for in store availability) and the manager was reluctant to tell the sales associate that was helping me where the item was. The associate ended up finding it herself while the manager wasn’t doing anything. I went in a couple of days later to purchase the item and was not greeted. They were taking down names for the waitlist to be helped and I wasn’t acknowledged until 15 minutes later of walking around the store. I finally got a sales associate to help me only for her to tell me that the item I wanted wasn’t in stock (I checked online for in store availability) and of course the manager was not helpful and no one seemed to know where the item was. I ended up ordering my item for in store pick up at Barton Creek and the customer service was NIGHT AND DAY. Barton creek was 100x better. San Marcos...
