I absolutely love Kirklands but the lady working today in San Marcos was extremely rude and unprofessional. I've been going to Kirklands for years and sad when they closed most of their Austin stores so now I have to drive far to purchase in store. I will still purchase but will do so online and pick up at a different store. I would rather drive and pick up further away than to give that lady any business. She should not be in the customer service...

Love the selection here and they always have great sales and prices. Buying an As Is item is like checking a brick of gold out of Ft. Knox though. Had a great sale for black Friday that even had an excellent coupon attached for after the holiday. They had gorgeous light up art for the holidays and some interesting non traditional pieces as well. Always worth a stop when wanting...

Good experience and very good customer service. When checking out, they asked if we were a member of something or another and we said no, and the sales clerk immediately checked us out without asking multiple, multiple questions. It was nice.
