TERRIBLE EMPLOYEE!! - Tianni. We walk in on Sunday, I grab a rubber chicken to show my nephew and squeaked it maybe like 4 or 5 times to show him and YOUR EMPLOYEE YELLS FROM THE BACK! "If you like it so much you should buy it!!" then yells it again!!!!!!!... We thought she was joking because surely Nobody is that serious screaming from the back LIKE THAT. Tianni then comes marching from the back, confronts us, sees I was just showing my nephew and we are in total shock as she tries to almost get in our face. I tell her to calm down I was just showing my nephew and she turns around and walks away and goes to the back room. THEN SHE COMES OUT POINTING HER FINGER AT US SAYING MORE STUFF TO HER FELLOW EMPLOYEES WHILE WE ARE LEAVING!!!!! SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! WE EVEN BOUGHT STUFF THERE, WAS GOING TO BUY THAT CHICKEN BUT WE PUT IT DOWN AFTER SHE CONFRONTED US. NEVER FELT LIKE THAT AT A STORE BEFORE. TIANNI SEEMED MISERABLE AND LIKE SHE DIDNT WANT TO BE THERE. PROBABLY TOO MUCH LAUGHING AND SMILING FOR HER, SHE WAS SO MISERABLE SHE WANTED TO BRING PEOPLE DOWN. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SPENCERS TO GO TO!!!! The Spencer's store at the Tanger outlet in San Marcos is OFF THA CHAIN! I went in there a few nights ago, and I was helped by Jacque & Camille. My friend and I got to to the store about 10 min. Prior to closing, so I was rushing looking at jewelry because I felt bad for popping in right before they closed. But Jacque and Camille were so kind and friendly, they let me take my time and they even stayed open a few minutes after they closed, to make sure I got what I was looking for. They made me feel like more than just a customer. They cracked jokes, made convo and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't ask for a better shopping experience! Thank you...

Awesome place for gag gifts and alternative apparel. I love going here for hats, hoodies, and t-shirts cause there selection is crazy wide in sizing and prints. There also one of the few places that carry band tees and Bob Ross merch. The people who work here are always awesome...
