San Marcos TX: I only ever shop at this store as the manager, Kindra is amazing! She is not only knowledgeable, personable but is always able to verbalise current promotions and trends. However, on February 10th around lunch I went in and there were only a few customers and 2 sales associates. I said hello when I walked in and they gave me a robotic greeting. Fine, no biggie. I look around, grabbed a couple of products ( no price) so asked them as they were both still behind the counter. The sigh, then the price. Asked them to hold them so I could continue looking around the store. Then asked where the estee lauder skincare was (as there wasn't much), one of the girls pointed. I picked up a few items but no prices. I then excused myself (it looked like a personal conversation), asked for prices as nothing had them. She responds with "testers have prices", and I picked up what appeared to be a tester and said this doesn't. She rolls her eyes, sighs and says "that's not a tester". I kid you not! I explained I thought it was as it was open. Crickets. I then kept looking and both of them are still in what appears to be a personal conversation behind the counter (as this is where they remained the whole time). By this time more people have entered the store and nobody is offered any assistance. I then asked if Kindra was there and told very bluntly "no". I asked if she is still there, and the other girl rolls her eyes and said "yes". I figure I would do another once over the store to make sure there was nothing else I needed, however these 2 girls had not offered any level of customer service to myself or anybody else, and they didn't even mention the sales that day(yes there were sales). I did end up approaching them asking for the products I selected and told them "I'll pass and put them back". Not a single response. I got home and decided I would like to speak with a district manager, called another store who could not give me her number but was texting her with mine. That was over a week ago and I've heard nothing. I'm so disappointed as I always buy my skincare and cosmetics there. I hope corporate reads this as they need to know what "dead payroll...
Read moreI love coming here they have a huge selection and it is well worth it. Which is the only reason I am giving it 2 stars and not one. I really do love and appreciate this store, and absolutely hate leaving bad reviews. My sister and I were the only ones in the store, we were not greeted and not acknowledged. Luckily we are both make up lovers and knew what we were looking for so. we gathered our items, waited patiently for (kid you not more than 10 minutes) until one of the sales associates asked if we were ready. We as a quick question about pricing, gave us the wrong price after purchasing item. We were just frustrated that we left, without either of said associates saying anything as in bye or thank you.. etc. So that being said hopefully this isn’t my next experience
Update
We called to speak to a manager no one called back, the girl that assisted us answered and was extremely rude. No one has still reached out even after this...
Read moreDidn’t realize the outlet has this store, I mostly have shopped at the st Augustine location, there the lady’s are helpful and cheerful. Tonight after shopping at Northface I noticed this location and thought to go buy a birthday present for someone. Not only not acknowledged at entrance, not acknowledged while shopping and when I went to the counter the young snit with the poorly done blond hair actual look at me with what could be called disdain then back at her phone. Redic. I’d rather...
