I was asked to leave the store because I was holding a water cup drink with no lid. I appreciate that the store owner/employee who asked me to step off asked me politely, so I will also write this one-star review in a polite manner.

It would have been better for you to ask me to step outside to finish my drink and inform me that I am more than welcome to return inside the store to browse the wares once I'm done with my drink. This would have been more appropriate to say to a potential customer.

Furthermore, there were no signs or indications outside of the store telling me that food and drinks are not allowed to be brought inside the store. If I had seen that sign, I wouldn't have entered and I would have finished my water and threw away my cup before entering the store.

I suggest being more thoughtful and sensitive in how you bring up this information to potential customers. You want them to feel welcome, and if you have rules, they should be mentioned in...

I’ve walked by this shop so many times and wondered how in the world they stay in business considering the shop isn’t open any time I walk by it. One Saturday, I walked by and saw people inside. The door said open at 10am, it was 10:54am so I walked inside and started browsing. Immediately a middle aged woman met us and said “The shop isn’t open yet, it’s not 11am is it!?” I said the door says 10am. She goes “well we aren’t open!” So we left. It was the rudest experience I’ve ever had any in any shop in my life. Even if the hours had changed to 11am but your door says 10am, you’d run a customer out 6 minutes before opening? PASS!
