We went to the Sanibel Winds Store last night in our golf cart, we had just shopped at Mango Bay so we had bags with our purchases. We did not want to leave in our golf cart so we carried them into Winds. The woman working in the store asked us if we making returns we said no just looking. She said are you going to steal my merchandise? We said do we look like we would steal? Then she accused us of being drunk... and kept insulting us . We left the store and will never return she was RUDE! We had just spent a great deal of money at Mango Bay and she pushed potential great customers out the door! Hideous woman to have in charge of your store.....The idea is to welcome customers not insult them...

We were all looking around the store when the manager asked my dad if we were going to steal her merchandise. So immediately we said we were leaving and she said well you have alcohol on your breath (and none of us had been drinking) and that she wasnāt clairvoyant so she didnāt know if we would steal or not. The tops were well-made and comfortable. The staff is friendly and welcoming, happy to make recommendations. The store is bright, clean, and well-organized. There's free parking right out front so it's easy to pop in. I'd highly recommend a stop at Winds for anyone vacationing in the Sanibel Island area. It's full of quality mementos at...
