“Surf Style” who r you & what have u done to Winds🤬U have ruined for us an island tradition by discarding the iron-on island t-shirt designs wall😠As an island vacationer for over 30 years: Winds was our go to t-shirt & merchandise shop & we would stop in several times during our vacation💵💳. No island visitor wants “your” logo brand plastered on just about “EVERY” single item sold🤦🏻‍♂️Your employees lack the most basic of customer service skills, they were rude, unfriendly & unwelcoming: not even a simple thank you or word after our purchase: that is basic 101😠 I will gladly spend my 💵 shopping elsewhere. Good luck on your Winds overhaul: u r going to need it. MY FIRST AND LAST VISIT TO SURF STYLE SANIBEL AND ANY OTHER OF...

We went to the Sanibel Winds Store a few nights ago in our golf cart, we had just shopped at Mango Bay so we had bags with our purchases. We did not want to leave in our golf cart so we carried them into Winds. The woman working in the store asked us if we making returns we said no just looking. She said are you going to steal my merchandise? We said do we look like we would steal? Then she accused us of being drunk... and kept insulting us . We left the store and will never return she was RUDE! We had just spent a great deal of money at Mango Bay and she pushed potential great customers out the door! Hideous woman to have in charge of your store.....The idea is to welcome customers not insult them...

We went into this store after just stopping at the Mango Bay store not realizing they had the exact same merchandise. We arrived on our golf cart and had shopping bags from there other store that we didn’t want to leave on the golf cart. We were all looking around the store when the manager asked my dad if we were going to steal her merchandise. So immediately we said we were leaving and she said well you have alcohol on your breath (and none of us had been drinking) and that she wasn’t clairvoyant so she didn’t know if we would steal or not. Needless to say if this is your manager she is chasing out...
