some time ago i got a manipedi and asked for a common shade of green, the lady looked at me weird for some seconds and talked to her coworker and giggled. when she was doing my pedi she randomly gave me a massage with a scrub and i checked on their website and they actually charge more for that so i asked and she said they dont. Next, she asked if i wanted a callus removal, i dont have much callus. I said no to the callus removal, 5 minutes later, she started trying to remove the callus and started trying to massage my feet. It hurt. she was putting way too much stuff on my legs. For the manicure, she was doing pretty good until she pointed to the stickers and it seemed like she was asking if i wanted stickers. I then said no to stickers. She put the stickers on. She started massaging my hand aswell and it hurt. I asked for short almond shape. She did not put any tips on me. She painted my natural nails instead. she was putting lots of top coats and preps to the point it was burning my nails when i put it in the nail lamp. the pedi woman was finished and smiled at me which was nice until she left without taking the towel she put between my toes as a separator. i had to take them off myself. the total was 65 just for normal nail polish on my NATURAL NAILS and toes. i could get so much better at an actual nail tech but it was last minute. overall the service was not so well. The women just did whatever they wanted and put in extra services without my consent just for it to cost extra. NOT...

Polite ladies work there, although it was extremely hard for me to understand them when they tried to talk to me or make conversation, that made me feel uncomfortable, I appreciate their effort tho. My toe nails work wasn't what I expected, I kept telling the person working on them how I wanted them but honestly, she did what she wanted, plus the foot massage was too rough, I couldn't wait for it to be over! It did worth the callus removal tho (that's why I give them 1 star). My nails where left a little longer than I asked for and some where too sharpie, plus she left some bubbles in the nails. Finally, I thought the chair massage was included, it's not and it hurt instead of relaxing me. Recommendation for next clients: bring a photo of how exactly you want your nails and toe nails to look like and be very explicit in what you want, it was a painfully costly lesson for me. At the end they told me that if I paid cash, they would charge me 5 dlls less, if I've known this in advance, I would have gone to an atm the day before. I just wanted to leave that place as soon as possible. They also asked me for tip...hmm, I guess the work done doesn't qualify for it. I went to that stablishment because the reviews where acceptable, however my experience there wasn't what I expected at all. Sorry but I'm not coming back to...

This breaks my heart to leave this review because I had been going here for a couple of years. But when going there I would notice cleanly issues. For example when going to do my nails they pulled out a hand towel to wipe my hands with and someone else’s nail clippings (with orange polish) fell out. They laughed embarrassed and brushed them off. I was shocked because they continued to use the same towel. Having come here a while, I let it slide. Not long after I went back and when filing my nails for the manicure they filed off my skin. It burned so bad!! I said it was fine and we finished the manicure. However, my injury turned into an infection!!! The infection pussed and my nails started to fall off due to a fungus infection!! The infection is very hard to make go away that I am still battling with it which is why i am posting to hopefully save others. I had been going here for 1-2 years and I regret not speaking up sooner. If you see cleanliness issues speak up!! I noticed it with all of their equipment....

Nice experience getting my nails done but $76 lasted me 2 days. I booked for just a gel manicure on top of my gel builder that was recently filled and hadn’t chipped for me whatsoever. Just wanted a new color on top for $35. They said I had to do the $65 manicure and add their gel builder or it would ā€œfall offā€ .. well two days later, 1 nail flew off and broke and another was half lifted off. They were nice and had me come back to fix it, but I wish I hadn’t bc I spent my whole lunch break there and what they fixed looked like these pictures that night (I added nail glue holding it on until could get them redone elsewhere the next day). Was just a big waste of $80 and time :( I wish they let me just get what I came in and asked for.

A lot of places have a lot of hype and get you in and out. I had 3 things done starting with eyebrows. She listened to what I wanted and took time to talk me through procedure and took time picking the color. She did it in such a precise, caring, gentle manner. My pedicure was fabulous and even changed a color and she had no problem with it. My massage with it felt great. My nail tech did an excellent job in changing the shape I wanted and applying carefully and took her time. Best experience I've had at a nail salon and I'm 65 and so I have had many. Thanks for making this old lady feel fabulous. For what you get well worth the price and probably the best prices in town with very experienced people.

Hi! Just wanted to share as I have been to many nail salons over the years... I can't recommend this salon enough! I found them a couple years ago and won't go anywhere else for my nails! They have a super friendly and professional staff, wide variety of colors/services and they listen to what you want! I'm a professional organizer, so I am super tough on my hands and they helped me come up with a dip:gel ratio that ensures they last 3 wks+ with no chipping! Ask for Ann or Tony, they will take great care of you! Just wanted to share! *Here are a few pics of my nails, I keep them short, but I know they work with more fashionable, long nails 😃*
