Vuori — Local services in Santa Barbara

We have never felt more invisible in a retail store before. 5 girls working and not one of them has said one word to us or acknowledged us at all. My husband has tried on multiple items and I am bringing him different sizes and putting the unwanted ones away right in front of the counter where they are standing, while they just stand there. While I sit in the dressing room area they have walked by multiple times too and nobody has looked at me much less offer to help. To the owner, you are paying these employees to do nothing. They were nice at checkout and they just said bye to us, hence...

The store and clothes are fine, the staff on the other hand should not be working in retail or any customer facing role. Four staff, empty store, we walk in, no one says hello or welcome. No one helps us find a fitting room or get other colors or sizes. Another customer, we see gets the same experience.
