Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Santa Barbara

This hands down is the worst hamburger habit I have ever been too. The customer service was horrible. I left the place so unsatisfied and was very offended by the staff. When I received my order the hamburger was incorrect, so I went back up to the window and said my hamburger was not made as I requested. The guy asked for my receipt and then proceeded to tell me that what the girl put down as my order was what I received. Obviously there was a language miscommunication and she didn't understand what I said cause that's not what I told her. He basically told me oh well that's what you ordered and refused to correct it and said it was my fault. I know what I said and know I was very loud and clear, but he said too bad and refused to take anymore of his time to talk or do anything about it. In addition all of the straws were broken at the tops. The back patio straight smelled like someone pissed all over the area and smelled musty like a homeless guy lived in planters. The food has really improved and is really good the burgers and fries are not over cooked anymore and taste amazing

But today I had a horrible experience the cashier at 3:14 pm December 9th 2017 did not aknoledge me when it was my time to order she just blankly stared at me till I said hello and just decided the start saying my order. She was too preoccupied talking to her friends in line before me who were very rude and blocked me from ordering pick up my food and getting my soft drink the cashier also seemed to be giving her friends free food and she served me my food I asked her for chili’s she gave me one I asked her for one more and she just walked away with out saying a word.

I hope this cashier get reprimanded for this horrible service.

If I told you this Burger and Fries Joint was even better than 'In n Out Burger's' [Reputation]; (and that Rep is actually better than their food @ Inn Out Urge.. just my opinion; of course) This is perhaps the Easiest way to explain the answer to your question, comparison to a likened type of Small and Quaint vs. Large and in Change Franchises well known nationaly and/or internationally; such as M'Donald's, Jack in the Box; or Burger King... I'm confident it is safe to say,. Hamburger Habit is really; THE BEST of THE BEST!!!
