However, the receptionist was rude for no apparent reason other than that we arrived 15 minutes early to our appointment which we were asked to do. She seemed bothered that we interrupted her doing something else and had to help us. I understand safety protocols, but there was no one else in the lobby and making us stand out in the freezing cold was weird and not a relaxing start to our time there at all. We were finally asked to stay in our car which we did but this was after we waited outside until the receptionist finally noticed us after I knocked on the door. My family and I (four people) booked massages and the massages were good quality and appreciated. But the receptionist/scheduler was unprofessional and RUDE. First, scheduling four massages seemed overwhelming for the system as I got 20 text messages in relation to the appointment, and when we arrived, the receptionist appeared irritated that we were interrupting her personal phone call.
