There aren't enough wonderful words to describe my Back at the Ranch experience. Wendy is so personable. When I decided that I wanted to finally get a pair of custom boots, Wendy was there throughout the entire process from beginning to end. We went through color combinations, measurements and fabrics. She was patient and very engaged during our conversation. My boots were made to perfection. After my first pair turned out so spectacular, I decided to order 2 more pair. During my 2nd boot experience, Anne and Jackie were very instrumental and took great care of me. My 3rd pair is still in production, but if they're anything like the other 2 pair, I know they'll exceed my expectations, too. The entire staff, along with the artisans crafting my boots are pure geniuses! They are so talented. The boots are worth every penny, time and creativity that goes into making them true masterpieces! I cannot say enough great things about my boot buying experience at Back at the Ranch. First off.. it’s not just buying boots. The purchase of one’s boots comes with an understanding of the process that goes into each pair. The workmanship and the design are just part of it. You get fitted … you get to experience ( thru the finest customer service I’ve ever experienced)a very thorough analysis. It’s not one and done.. if you want that .. buy on Amazon.
