Walgreens Pharmacy — Local services in Santa Fe

Employee for pharmacy was absolutely disrespectful and made it hard for me to get my transfer by not processing the first time I requested and then after I had to ask them to transfer it again because they decided the day before not to try at all. After she poped off at me she told me they would call me when it was ready. Of course they didn't. Pathetic that someone so hateful wants to prevent me from receiving my medications for my disabilities degenerative disc's. How could this be OK for someone like this to work in this position. This is not OK. She is literally hateful and intentionally not helping me get my medication simply out of her hating everyone. She doesn't deserve to work in this field if she enjoys others pain and suffering to make her feel better. Somehow they obtained a medication that I don't even take from somewhere. I would love to make a formal complaint if anyone reads this I don't know if she is even going to transfer it the second time I still have not received it. If she doesn't I will be contacting BBB at the very least to register a complaint. This deserves to be addressed with her otherwise CVS condones this behavior which is not OK for me. People do not have the right to be disrespectful to people just because they can. Especially in a professional...

I thought the 30min phonecall wait was an exaggeration. Nope, I waited 30min before I hung up because I just went in myself (I hung up when I got IN LINE too). I normally go in but I'm physically handicapped and the colder weather makes getting around painful. Found out that they didn't have my medication. It could've been a 2 min conversation at most but no. It was also pretty slow inside, there was NO reason for a wait time on the phone. I'm just going to find a different pharmacy at this rate. I went here because it was close to my hoise and I was hoping for convenience but it would be more convenient to have a pharmacy literally in a different city than to go here. Save yourself the trouble folks, go literally anywhere. I actually think the Walmart on Herrera may have a better pharmacy. Just...

Hi! My name is Lewis and I’ve been an unhoused disabled veteran for 18 months now.

Every year I try to get vaccinated at the Veterans Affairs (VA), and every year they aren’t stocked at the local VA. So every year I then try to use my VA health coverage to get a Covid vaccine at the nearest major pharmacy. So this year I’m in Santa Fe, and tried this Walgreens. Again, like every year they told me VA won’t pay for it so I can’t get it. They tried harder than most would, so 5 stars.

Veterans affairs and a lack of trust in USA government is why people don’t want to serve in the USA military anymore. Good thing there’s AI to fill the military now.
