As a beauty professional I have to say that the service and quality of my pedicure was amazing. Bayside Nails is under new management and I had the pleasure of meeting Hannah, the salon manager. She was so kind and friendly. She did such an amazing job with my pedicure. She was fast and efficient and left my toes looking so much better. I went in during happy hour (10am-2pm) for a 20% discount on service. Hannah really took care of my needs and truly made my day by offering me a mimosa. I was having a bad day and Hannah truly made it better. In addition I was having such bad back pain and she let me stay longer so I could let my toes fully dry and so that I could enjoy the chair massage. Thank you so much Hannah! I will be back to see you...

Gel polish on one nail came off within 3 hours of leaving the salon (and another one fell off this morning and can feel two others peeling already). The drying machine was terrible and did not work. I sat there for 3 rounds of drying (it was an old/cheap "Thermal Nail" drying machine, I've never seen a machine like this before) and ultimately had to leave for a meeting. ALSO, one of the other women who works there was using an electronic file/nail drill to get rid of her own dry skin on her feet/calluses throughout the duration of my appointment...DISGUSTING! Major cringe/very unprofessional. Will not...

I'm not super picky about them being perfect but some of them were just completely pointing to one side. On top of it all he filed my pinky nail so hard and thin that my finger started to bleed and now burns. AND he charged me extra for the length of nails that I got. Really?? NEVER going there again. I am mad that I even paid. I should have said something. Don't go here! Gonna stick with my...
