Macy's — Local services in Santa Rosa

I was there yesterday do some shopping while enjoying my 2 days off and earlier today I came back again to buy some stuffs for my son I’ve spent almost 2 hrs looking for those clothes for him. It happened my hand at so full and get heavier that’s why I went to the Men’s department register to ask if they can hold my items while I’m still shopping. One of the cashier is a white guy with a reddish hair I noticed him because yesterday his working at the backstage yesterday and when I’m in line no one help me I’m just at his front as if his counting the register money i was patiently waiting but he said the register is out of coins/change I wonder why I know his kind the Racist he thought I don’t know what his doing I’ve been working at Macy’s for almost 4 years at Houston Texas and I work every departments and I know what kind of work they need to do. I felt disappointed to him maybe because I just wearing my leggings with jacket and I don’t have any make up maybe I look like a homeless to him. And it happened this morning the items that I’ve been holding he didn’t keep my holds I know that because his the one I talked to hold my stuffs for my son. I hope Macys will notice that kind of attitude of their staffs they need to do their job and stop being a judgmental so racist . Everything has been rearranged and I was looking for some new men's underwear since during my new move I wasn't allowed to take any of my clothes with me which is illegal and although I could find some of clothing articles that could fit me every box that said they were smalls were empty so I ultimately couldn't find any underwear that fit me whatsoever not only that but their employees were extremely rude to me they were acting like as if I was a thief even though I was dressed nicely and I wasn't caring like a bag or anything and I was clearly you know asking questions trying to find out where all the small signs under her was and they're trying to push medium size on me which was just fall off of me they were really rude about it too they insisted it wouldn't fall off and so when I went in it and tried it on over a pair of mine it's still fall right off to my angles and didn't believe me on that either and I got very frustrated but I held my composure but three different associates didn't and...

This place has gone downhill!! Customer service is not the same anymore and no wonder more and more people are shopping online than in person because not only they have to deal with traffic and crowds they also have to deal with non-friendly rude associate. I went to the shoe Department, yes it's the day before Christmas I know it's busy that's why I came in with full of patience. I asked the associate to see if they have a certain size, she said give her a minute. My husband and I sat down and waited for her to finish her current customer, when she was done with her I thought she was going to check what I need (I am sitting in her view, so she doesn't forget me). Well she proceeded to help the line along with the other girl, so I asked her if she's still going to check on my shoe size. She then said give me a minute, I said it's been 10 minutes.
