Suit Up Fashion — Local services in Santa Rosa

Failed at all levels, honestly. The initial communication of sizes to Sarah was painful, as there is no landline to the store and only poor cell phone communication to owner who may, or may not be in store. She got the sizes wrong. A month later I travel from out of town to try on tux to find out jacket and shirt don't fit. Ol' fella in the store wasn't very helpful and told me it looked fine. He later confessed he'd only just started working there. He too had trouble communicating with owner via cell phone to help rectify this fitting problem, as she was "out of town." I was then instructed to go to another store to fix the issue myself. How's that for customer service!? They rent the tuxedos from another store and don't keep inventory of simple items like plain white button up shirt and black jacket. My advice, cut out the middle man and avoid this store....

I had the best experience at Suit Up Fashion! Last year, mid November, I find out my family and I are going to Mexico for my cousins wedding in December! Very last minute! My cousin, the groom, wanted his closest cousins (6 including myself) to wear matching suits and so we were faced with the task of finding suits quick! After visiting a few shops in the area and dealing with nothing but aggressive sales people I came across Suit Up Fashion! Sarah, the owner, took the time to address what our needs were in a very professional, and non-pushy manner, and understood our situation. She was able to get us all suits and alterations done in only a couple of days! Her attention to detail and professionalism made this a phenomenal experience. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the market for a new suit.

My experience at Suit Up was horrible. Please take a look at all the 1 star reviews, for they should be brought to your attention immediately. Here was my experience… I came in with my mother and a couple friends. We came in hoping to find a dress for my mom, but came out with nothing because of the offensive comment made forwards my mom. I quote, “That dress looks a little small for you” said by a staff member (possibly the owner). I understand that all dress/suit stores should be considerate on your sizes, but this comment was made just straight disrespectfully. Call me sensitive or overdramatic, but I would consider this body shaming. I don’t stand for it. Stores like this should keep their comments to themselves, especially ones like that. YOUR OPINION IS IRRELEVANT AND SHOULD BE KEPT TO YOURSELF. Anyways, 0 stars....
