Horrible experience, I went there Sunday, May 18 around 3:45. The customer service was terrible, I’ve never dealt with employees so ignorant. One of the workers was trying on clothes over her jeans while restocking. I stood waiting in line to ask if I could try on clothes while the staff chatted with each other. When I finally got help they dismissed me, telling me that only 2 out of the 4 fitting rooms were open. After 15 mins of waiting, the line had over 10 people. The workers ignored the line and continued to chat even when multiple people tried to get their attention. My friends and I were trying to shop and the entire staff on the clock today was openly racist and watching/following us while we tried to shop. The short woman working today at 3pm asked us if we needed help and we respectfully declined. She then told us the graphic teas we were looking at were not on sale. Why would you think that’s appropriate to say to a group of shoppers who declined any help shopping. It was said as if we were too poor to be shopping for 30$ graphic shirt.
