I was greeted very nice when I walked in however, when I questioned the size of a California King versus a King size duvet...I was treated like I had no idea what I was talking about. I was not actually "allowed" to express myself. The owner, buyer and all around authority and narcissistic personality in his mind who let me know continously that I had no idea what I was speaking about. During our conversation, he was extremely rude and continued to tell me how wrong I was even when I tried to approach the situation for him to explain in further detail. He was extremely exhausting to speak with. At the end of this experience, the entire staff who was helpful in the beginning were now rude to me. I have always enjoyed shopping, purchasing and seeing what new and exciting items were available. I ordered something online from Cokas Diko that I actually found on another stores website. On a whim I did a Google search with a photo of the item and it came up available at Cokas Diko for almost half the price. Not knowing anything about the store (I live in PA), I took a chance and ordered it. The package arrived timely, packaged incredibly (well wrapped, soft packing materials, carefully protected) and exactly what was pictured and described. They even included a small wrench for easy assembly. Could not be more pleased! Will definitely bookmark this store for future unique...
