My online order of patio furniture from Birch Lane was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. They got my address wrong and sent my goods to the wrong place. It took six phone calls to get that fixed. Then when it was time for my assembly appointment they got the address wrong again! But this time they didn’t even try to fix it. They just cancelled it.
