There are a few concerning issues with this restaurant which ultimately, despite its excellent location, ruin the experience.

Google reviews are a source of criticism that a business should take constructively, instead of throwing insulting remarks and acting childish in the name of your business in the replies of these reviews, as the manager of this business unfortunately does.

The restaurant itself has no AC and the ceiling fan was barely moving. It was absolutely roasting hot in there! The drinks are also served luke-warm instead of ice cold as you’d expect.

This business is also tricking customers to pay more than what is advertised on the menu. I ordered fish and chips (more on that later) for $22 as shown on the menu and was charged $22.95 on my receipt. It may be just a difference of 95 cents, but the principle is that they don’t have respect for the customer and are hoping customers don’t notice. This certainly is not a mistake as I have seen other reviews bringing up the same concern. The restaurant is legally obligated to charge the price shown on the menu under Florida law.

The fish and chips were a half good, half bad meal. The fish is definitely not cod or haddock and it tastes like a cheap substitute. An Irish pub should be serving authentic cod, especially at the price of $22 which is on the higher end of what I would usually pay in central and southern Florida. The chips and coleslaw were good, however the tartar sauce tasted like Heinz and definitely didn’t feel homemade. Overall, the meal is not worthy of the price they are charging.

Would give below a zero if I could. After our waitress, Sydney, today, treated us so rude and disrespectful, we will never enter this place again. Went in to order a fish and chips to go to have a picnic on the beach. Ordered a beer while we were waiting for our order. Waited at least 30 minutes for our order. Sydney brought our order out and it was double. We told her that we didn't order two fish and chips, only one. She said that she asked when we ordered if we wanted 1 or 2. We told her that she definitely didn't ask us that, and if she had, we would have said one, because that was all we wanted, as we were going to split it like we always do. She just stood there and kept arguing with us. We told her that we did not want 2 of them! She huffed and grabbed the bag and went in the back. About 5 minutes later, she came back and slung the bag on the table at us. We were hungry from waiting so long, so we decided to eat it there. We opened the bag to find the tarter sauce had 2 tops on it with something red mixed up with it, which we didn't eat. We were a little scared to even eat the meal after that, so we only ate some of the fish. Sydney kept going to all the tables around us and acting so friendly to all the other people and never once offered to get us another fork or napkins, since there was only one in the bag (for 2 people). She never offered to get us another beer. She never asked us if we were ok or anything. She came and got our money, though! We will never enter this place again! Too many good restaurants around this whole area to be treated rotten. Really...

We came to celebrate my fathers 80th birthday. Mom went ahead to get seats and use the bathroom she was denied and told she had to order food before she was allowed to use the bathroom. We complained to the manager who decided to curse dad out yelling and screaming and at one point I thought he was going to hit my dad,instead threatened to call the police. It is evident reading the reviews that he will drive his business into the ground. The only other people in the bar were the servers., We will never return and he lost another paying customer!!! We did end up going to a much busier establishment on the circle, spent almost a 100 dollars on food and drinks and the service the manager and the atmosphere was fantastic.. do not presume to know what we did and did not plan to do and be glad you did not hit my dad.. you would have...
