I would not recommend this shop. I had a lift done for my BMW and my center console was broken into. I spoke to Vipp him self and he assure me he was the only one driving my car, he didn’t let anyone else drive it and no ma’am no one been in there. I told yes my arm rest is broken and I showed him and denied it then finally the young man that’s his help said that he did it looking for a key, I told him I gave him the keyless remote. He never offered to fix what his staff did and refuse to take ownership. Something is fishy about this place, it took two days to do a lift....

I had a bad experience with this business, I really don't recommend, the prices are not worth it, i rather pay the cost of what I like to get for my vehicle than trying to find cheaper place to buy wheels and tires, I really haven't got my wheel or money back it's been about 7 good moths, he promise to get me the wheel that he still own me becouse is already been paid for it, but VIP keep telling me some absurbs excuses, that I know is all bullcrap, but iam not get into much detail but here is not the place where you can get for what they promise I...

The place was disorganized, dirty, & smelled like an ash tray. It was cold outside so they had a cheap propane heater with a radiant element so it smelled like a hot ash tray. I dropped the vehicle off @ around 10 30 they said would be ready around 3. I received a call @ 2 30 saying they were running an hour late, which I really appreciated. But I just didn't want my car smelling like a hot ash tray, so I picked up the vehicle with no tint installed. I will shop...
