This location is a MESS. The wait times are ridiculous and the drive-thru is consistently closed. This has been a convenient location for my routine and has consistently been a headache over the last two months that I’ve been coming here. I’m sure they will try to blame it on the fact that fall drinks have been released, but this has been a problem since way before that. Every barista is moving as fast as they can to get orders out and they are so apologetic and friendly- I feel so bad for them. This location has a management problem. I’ve never seen such a popular Starbucks so understaffed. I have been here at many different times during the day and it stays busy. There are 3-4 baristas at any given time with wait times for drinks exceeding 15 minutes. There are a lot of mobile orders and lines that form around the pick up area and the line for ordering will be out the door with cars blocking parking spaces in the parking lot while they wait for the entrance of the drive-thru to open up. The mobile order estimates are rarely correct and today I watched a woman who had already paid, leave before getting her order because she was going to be late to work. I often stand amongst pretty annoyed people so I’m sure they won’t be busy long and their understaffed and too busy problem will be solved if they don’t have burnout from their...
Read moreI’m not a review writer, but every time I come here I feel inclined to leave one, so here it goes. This is the absolute slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Consistently. As I am writing this, I have been in line for 25 minutes (no exaggeration) and have only moved 4 spots up. It is like this every single time I come here. I live downtown and this is one of the only SBs with a drive thru in the area (I bring my pup for a cup) so I’m not left with much choice. Once you get to the window it is hit or miss with the attitude you’ll receive from the workers, most are not friendly and you can tell they don’t want to be there… its also 50/50 on if your drink will be made to the specifications ordered. I’m giving 2 stars because Starbies is Starbies and the quality is still as expected… however, the wait time and the service are atrocious and improvements really need to be made. I will be driving the additional 15 minutes to the next SBs, knowing I will still have coffee in hand before I would even be able to order at this one. This visit took 31 minutes to get to order and a whopping 52 minutes to get my 1 drink and a pup cup. Don’t come here if you don’t have an hour to waste. Do...
Read moreMy daughter and I came into this Starbucks and ordered at 9:04am. We ordered 2 drinks and a bagel. I don’t have a problem with the bagel. The lady behind the counter was continuously making drinks as we sat down and talked for a little over 10 minutes. That’s when 2 men who appeared to be a part of the military walked in and ordered 7 drinks. The barista ended up putting their order on higher priority than mine and others’ drinks, as well. It wasn’t until she was done with 6 of their drinks, at 9:21am, that I decided to talk to her. She stated she “can not skip orders” but I had placed mine first? He told the barista “it’s okay, you can go ahead and make her drinks first. We can wait.” The barista thanked him for his kindness, when I was supposed to have my items before this time anyway. I understand that they’re busy, and I would understand if there was military priority, but that was not advertised anywhere. Food establishments are supposed to be first come, first serve. I don’t understand why myself and several others had to wait for their large purchase, especially when they had come in way later than all of us...
