placed an order online using reward* points for 1/2 of an order I wanted to place. When I tried to place the second 1/2 of my order using my 'coupons' I was told I could not redeem 'coupons' on that product even though the product had no other promotions to it and was a full-priced product. They website 'claims' you can cancel your order within 30 minutes but that is a TOTAL lie. I tried MULTIPLE times to cancel my rewards* order and then attempted to contact customer service who then told me that they COULD NOT cancel the order either??!!!??? Since when has a customer service department (especially for an online retail) NOT been able to cancel an order? Um, never until BoxLunch! So now I have a product that is useless without the other half of it and I cant even return or refund it because I didn't pay for it with paper money. Read moreMy wife and I frequent Box Lunch every couple of weeks or so. We're rewards members, and between the rewards and the lunch money, we almost always get a great deal on their awesome merchandise! The staff at this location is always very friendly and helpful. They special order items they don't have for delivery to us or to the store. Tonight's visit was no exception. We went in to use our lunch money and rewards (and because it was a double points day). Nicole worked with us to get a shirt ordered for me because they didn't have my size in stock, made sure we could use all of our lunch money, and when we were there past closing, she exhibited the same high level of service we always receive....
Read moreLove the staff! They're all so helpful and friendly. I did an online order and an in-store purchase. I placed different orders on the same day and they made the process so easy. Some of the orders were in store and some had to be shipped to store. The shipping was pretty quick, but because everything was getting there at different times, the associates went through and made sure all the orders were noted to be picked up together. This helps to not make multiple trips. A lot of places don't do that. The pickup was easy. Norman, one of the associates, was so nice! I love when you can tell that someone actually loves...
