If you ask a customer what they need and he responded, please let him know if they need to wait while you are trying to figure things out instead of turning away without responding and try to assist another customer. It was a very busy day today but most of the staff are staying in one corner instead of going around and checking if other customers need help. If you already know it is going to be a busy day/week, it would be good to have a good plan/strategy so no customer will be left wondering if somebody will assist them or not. It would be good if all the staff knows who is assigned to do a certain task in the store so they can direct the customer to that person or let them know if they need to wait for that person instead of saying nothing and leaving the customer wondering when or if somebody is going to...
Read morei came to chicago partially because of this uniqlo and i have mixed feelings about it. this is just a general thing but i feel like uniqlo sizing varies from like collection to collection so the fact that there were fitting rooms in the back was very convenient. another thing i noticed were that the employees were very knowledgeable and extremely kind (i seriously appreciate them after having to return a huge amount of clothing to them after trying them on in the fitting room). furthermore, uniqlo has upgraded their self checkout so you are not able to simply put your clothing in a bucket and it’ll scan it for you which makes everything move much faster. the only downside and a huge thing for me was that a good amount of them items i was interested in had sizes that weren’t available in stock; and i’m not talking about 1-2, jm talking about maybe 4-5 which makes me a little disappointed but nonetheless,...
