I'd like to start off by saying that, previous to my most recent experience, everything was great. However this time on May 7th 2018 the staff that was working at around 6:20pm was extremely rude and unwilling to help resolve the situation. I ordered two Boba teas over ice and was given two smoothies, I asked them to fix it and they refused saying that I had been lying about asking for it over ice. After some arguing with them they agreed to fix one, but the other that I had recieved over ice on previous visits did not get fixed and the reasoning from the woman was that it was "impossible" for her to make over ice. When I told her that I had it over ice on previous occasions at the store she ignored me and continued to yell and exclaim that it was impossible for her to make it. The Boba tea that was fixed tasted terrible and poorly made. The reason that my rating is 4 stars is because I know the establishment is good and that this is on the employees. I would appreciate management contacting me so I could elaborate and explain who the employees that were there were as to hopefully better...

My husband and I visit the Chill Bubble Tea on the upper level of the JC Penney wing since it's closer to an exit/entrance. The staff working there is so friendly and always answer my questions that I have about the drinks there. During the busier hours, they work quick to make everyone's drink. They label all of their products and their drinks have descriptions in the store. We ordered the Lemonicious (my favorite) and the Orange Starburst, part of the creations menu. The Lemonicious has lemon and pineapple while the Orange Starburst has mango, orange and watermelon. Both of them had a slushie consistency; I think most of the creations menu is a slushie format. You can add bobba to the drink; if you look to your left, they have a display of the other additions you can add to your drink. You can get a 16 oz ($5.15) or the 24 oz ($5.75). Before leaving, my boyfriend and decided we wanted a smoothie. It was obviously supposed to close at 6, and it was 5:50. When we walked up to order, one of the employees, a female with dark hair, said that the people in front of us who were waiting for their smoothies were the last customers. She said it in a very rude tone and continued to finish the order in front of us and went to the back. We were standing there in disbelief as she gave us a dirty look to walk away.
