francesca's — Local services in Schaumburg Township

Honestly, I have always loved shopping at francesca's because the clothing is super cute, high quality and at a reasonable price. But this francesca's has some of the most ignorant staff I have ever come across. My friend and I walked in looking for a nice dress for a very special occasion, at first the woman that approached us seemed nice, complimented my friend and seemed very friendly. We decided to try an item on and the entire time her and another associate consistently walked toward the entrance of the dressing room we were in asking if we were finding everything alright.. of course we were, we were simply trying it on to make sure the item fit right. As we decided we were not purchasing the item, we proceeded to make our way out of the dressing room when suddenly one of the associates asks how the shirt fit to which I responded it fit well but I was not going to purchase it, she then says "I will take it from you then." and practically ripped the item from my hands. Love this store and have always had good experiences with the workers. I cannot stress enough how much I enjoy shopping at both Schaumburg and Old orchard locations. Tonight I had my first bad experience where a worker was outwardly rude and whispering under her breath while working with me. Transparently I have never had this experience with a worker at any shop, it was uncomfortable to say the least. Giving this store 5 stars because the usual workers I see are amazing and the clothes are nice. But hoping to make this store aware of the worker who created the first ever bad experience at one of these locations and I hope it can...

They are rude and one of the employees literally almost ripped my bag out of my hand and LIED to me that I couldn’t return clearance items. It wasn’t even near closing time! I checked the website and it’s only certain priced items that are final sale and went to Francesca’s in Algonquin and they were friendlier and processed the return without any hesitation.
