After being told repeatedly from other big name jewelry stores that it would take up to 4 weeks to fix my engagement ring and some saying they couldn’t fix it at all, Gold Creations was able to do it within an hour and with such care and expertise. From the moment I walked in, I was met with kindness, patience, and genuine empathy. Their knowledge was unmatched, but what truly stood out was their passion. You can tell this isn’t just a job for them — they truly love what they do, and it shows in every interaction. The customer service was next level. They listened, they cared, and they went above and beyond to help me when no one else could. I would recommend them 200 times over any big-name jewelry chain. If I had to recommend a business, this would be it. My boyfriend bought me a cute ring after my high school graduation, and I ended up deshapping it and breaking it in half. We took it to Jared to get a repair estimate, and the jeweler told us it would be $100+ (this was before I broke it completely in half, so it probably would have been more). Then one day while at Woodfield with my mom, she suggested asking the guy at Gold Creations how much a repair would be. He said $45. We picked it up tonight, and I could not be happier with the final results. It is back to its original, round shape, it is totally fixed and you cannot see where it was previously broken. The ring was also ready within a few days of dropping it off.

These people are very rude and lie. I traded my 24k gold necklace for another one because I didn’t like the design. I don’t know much about gold but they convinced me that this particular one was better for me so decided to get it. Chain broke twice in a month. I took it back to get repaired and since I didn’t have receipt they said, we don’t sell this necklace here, it’s cheap quality and we don’t sell low quality items. I said are you kidding me? I bought this here I even remember the description of the man who helped me. Lady laughed at my face many times and said you never bought this here we don’t sell these cheap gold. Then I said ok, I don’t want it and tried selling back. She offered $300. When trade in for my chain was $950. I went down stairs and the other jeweler offered $900.
