Let me begin by saying this is a only review of the customer service at this Loft location. I am a big fan of Loft in general and do most of my purchasing online for the deals, etc. That being said, I returned quite a few items that I had purchased online during cyber Monday to the store in Schaumburg. I was out and it was the most convenient thing for me to stop while I was running other errands instead of returning the items through the mail. From the minute I stepped up to the counter, the sales woman treated me very poorly. She was visibly frustrated when I apologized for having a lot of returns. She proceeded to tell me that I shouldn't return my items to this store because it was going to mess up their sales numbers. She told me multiple times that I could return them via mail, to which I mentioned that it was more convenient for me to stop in the store than send them in the mail. She asked me why I chose that particular store to return the items. She did not smile at me once and was visibly annoyed the entire time - making faces and noises. It was very uncomfortable to stand there while she haphazardly ripped all of the clothing out the plastic bags and threw them here and there while she processed the returns.
I've returned online purchases to this location in the past and have never been met with such rude service. The woman who "helped" me had long, dark hair and is probably mid-40s. I know she has worked at this store for a while because I've spoken to her in the past when I've shopped there. Maybe she was having a bad day or something, but I was made to feel unwelcome in the store and literally yelled at for returning items according to what is allowed via company policy. Not...

They dont even say "Have a nice day" to you on the way out when youve just returned. However, if youve made a purchase, all of them will say it in a choir. Ive experienced both. It is two polar opposite experiences. Depending on what you did at the store (Whether a purchase or a return) they treat you accordingly on the way out. Which shouldnt be that way in my opinion. Sometimes I order online multiple sizes of the same item, just to see which one will fit me, because their sizing is off. If you are a certain size in a particular blouse for example, theres no guarantee it will be the same size that fits you in a different model of a blouse. And jeans as well. Ive been mostly 24, but some models run small and I go for 25. Also, beware of sizing charts. Ive measured myself according to their chart and had gotten a Small size for example, and XSmall wouldve been way too small according to the chart. Well, even Xsmall turned out to be a bit baggy on me, not to mention the Small.    Read moreToday 5/4/22 I went to this location Street of Woodfield Loft because it was on my way. As I came inside I was in a mission looking for something I found online. So I was looking for any employee that can help me. Unfortunately no one even greeted me, there was a woman walking around putting clothes in the clothing rack so I assumed she works there. So I came to her for help, she was trying to avoid me and had a bad attitude and just pointed me to where I can maybe find what I’m looking for. So I came up to her again and told her that I can’t find it, her answer Of course, is “ if it’s not there then we “Don’t” have it! Just like that with an attitude. So I went to the girl in the register hoping she can help me. I complaint to her about the attitude lady she said, she is the on duty manager. The register lady was not a help either, but she was at least able to check out my online order. I ask for both the higher up Manager name is Bobbie and “attitude” Lady’s name is SALLY! So they will be hearing from me when I speak to the higher up manager and if this is not resolve I will speak to their Corporate.
