I was in that store on Feb 11th, 2023. I got 4 hoodies and a utility knife. I had $190.00 in cash and I was going to put the other $17.00 on my debit card, but the machine was working right I tried my card twice and finally I told the girl with the nose piercings and the little man standing beside her to cancel the card transaction that my aunt gave me an extra 20 to cover the remaining 17 bucks..well on my way home to TN, I checked my account and noticed that she never canceled the transaction so I called the store and told them. He stated that he had to get approval from the store manager and he would call me today Feb 13th, 2023...I just tried to call twice and didn't get an answer, so basically they charged me $397.27 for 4 hoodies, 1 t-shirt and a utility knife...I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone...I'm just hoping that my bank will reimburse me for their mistake. Note to self always check your receipt before you leave the store, this was definitely a bad experience for my 1st time in this mall. So disappointed, if it was possible to not rate a star at all, I definitely would! Update, after contacting the district manager, there records show that they never received an additional $190, also was told that they had no record of their card reader malfunctioning, and they have NO video to show that I was even in that store, I was told that; they recently had a leak which caused the camera inside the store to malfunction...stay away from this store or ALWAYS check your receipt before you...
   Read moreI walked into this store on August 4th, 2024âŚwith my autistic son Sunday who is 10 years old & some guy/man, donât know if he was the owner or not hurries from behind the counter to approach us aggressively and yelled so loud in our faces that drinks werenât allowed in his store. Very much understandable! Me being a business owner from St. Louis. My son was so embarrassed because everyone that was in the store looked like oh wow, I hurried and grabbed my son and when we walked out he said âMom that was racist towards us and I felt so embarrassed!â My thoughts were to go back to defend my son feelings but I gave it to God! My son enjoyed himself so much on his trip that he asked if he could get a hoodie or tee shirt and I promised him I wouldâŚ.and we never gotten a chance to get it!    Read moreVisited this shop on 9/18/23. Great selection of items but the person behind the counter was rude and unpleasant to deal with. I was shopping with my mother, who spent $100 dollars and was pulling out a $50 dollar bill. He very rudely informed her that he does not accept 50 or 100 dollar bills. Which if that is the policy. that's fine (although inconvenient) but he could have stated that more pleasantly and not barked at an 80 year old woman. One may think that the guy was having a bad day but based on the other reviews, it looks as though this is his demeanor. No wonder people are choosing online shopping. Not sure if he is the owner or an employee. If it is the latter, then maybe the owner needs to have a talk with him. If he is the owner, then maybe he should retire -- he obviously doesn't like what he is doing. Because of his behavior, I would not recommend this store...
