AZ SKIN AND WAX — Local services in Scottsdale

I bought a Brazilian Wax Groupon and short review, I've never had such a (literally) painful and slow wax session (she pulled so slowly that it basically would get stuck midway), and when I got home and showered I noticed there was a ton of hair left that was definitely long enough to be waxed. I've been getting waxed for years. Krystle is very kind but I wouldn't go again for a wax and would spend more for less pain. Longer review: There is no phone number on her site, so I'd filled out the contact form and didn't hear back. She was very responsive on Instagram, though. Gave me info on how to get to her studio and it was a bit complicated but fine. She was very kind. However, the main issue was that she didn't pull hard enough so wax would get stuck as she slowly ripped off, and it caused so much pain. I've never had this much pain in the 10+ years I've been getting Brazilian waxes, and finally had to ask her to stop with the section she was trying to do. Not only was it more painful, but it took about half an hour to get waxed and usually my waxes take like 10 mins. I got home and later saw that there is a ton of hair left, some of it shorter since she didn't rip from the root, but then a bunch of long hair left in chunks in other areas. I saw Krystle for a back facial that I purchased on Groupon and it was amazing! It was so relaxing and her space is so cozy.
