Retail Therapy AZ — Attraction in Scottsdale

Lovely store with a fantastic selection and helpful and friendly customer service. The problem here is the return policy. There isn't one and they take no responsibility passing the buck onto the artists and vendors that use their shelf space. My issue was the price on the item I purchased was more than what was posted on an 1) in-store sign and 2) on the product itself.

But because I had already paid for the item - I was told that you need to contact the vendor for a solution - even though I mentioned the discrepancy within 30 seconds of the transaction going through.

It wasn't the money, it's the the principal of a store not standing behind their prices and taking zero accountability and it's not cool. Retail Therapy acts like a middle-man with no accountability after purchase.

While businesses that work with independent vendors often have complex pricing structures, it doesn’t excuse the fact that I was shown one price but charged another.

Even if the vendor updated their pricing in the system, Retail Therapy is still the one completing the transaction, meaning they should have some level of accountability—at least acknowledging the issue instead of passing it off.

Even a small gesture—like acknowledging the issue or offering a discount—could have shown some level of customer care. Instead, it seems like they completely shifted the responsibility away...

An indoor market of over 100 local small businesses all in one store! Most of these gifts are handmade, local and women who support women! The prices aren't what you expect for someone who took their time labor and love in the products. There's a little bit of everything in here from foods, jewelry, clothing and skincare! Tons of gifts for loved ones or yourself. The greatest thing is the interaction-almost every booth promotes their social media and how to connect. The staff is friendly, informative and genuinely enjoys the products they sell. And an Art Bar! Which is fun little things like a permanent jewelry station and candle making! It's easy to get lost in here for awhile, hard though, to leave...

I LOVE this store! I was in a few weeks ago for the first time. I am crazy about Arizona and I take pride in buying local whenever I can. This store is filled with goods by local artists that are both high quality and much of it is Arizona-themed. I'm not even a fan of shopping but my friend and I had a blast discovering new and interesting things to show each other. The icing on the cake was Gillian. It is so cool to interact with an employee who seems to love the store as much as we did. She clearly took pleasure in telling us about the artists and and how much she enjoyed their work herself.
