I am so disappointed and slightly baffled at my experience today. I don't know if the girl taking my order just put them all in wrong or what, but they were both not right in some capacity.

First drink was the usual white chocolate lavendar cold brew. At the window, I was handed a completely plain iced cold brew and I asked what it was and she was like "oh did you want the cream and soft top and stuff?" Like what?? Lol what even? Why would I order arguably one of the most popular drinks and not want all the stuff that usually comes with it? So bizarre. Then she tells me I'll have to pay more for the "extra" stuff so I payed another dollar? I'm still so confused about that entire thing.

Second drink was a Golden Eagle. Usually it's somewhat sweet, but I wanted just a little bit extra, so I had her add half extra sweet. Well I get back to my place and guess what - it's literally not sweet at all. How is this possible? How does a drink that's normally a bit sweet on its own AND had sweetener added on top of it have literally no hint of sweetness?

Again, I'm not sure what happened here, whether it be the girl who took my order or the batista, but this was just bad. Really want a refund on my botched golden eagle. This was my first time at this location as...

I’m so disappointed with this Dutch I tried to pay with $50 they say we can’t take nothing over $20 which does not make since why would you tell a customer that and not have a sign up I didn’t have nothing else to pay with.. I to redeem my reward which I order a large drink and I had to get a medium drink because I no other form of way to pay!!!! To be denied and not have a sign up stating you don’t take bills over $50 is ridiculous and the worst experience of customer service I just felt like it was so sad to see the worker throw out my drink and make a medium was so disrespectful then the worker asked did you get a straw like really how would I have a straw if you haven’t handed me anything! My personal opinion this could have been handled differently and more compassionate to the situation maybe would have been a different outcome. Just very rude...
