The Lunch Bag — Restaurant in Scottsdale

The sandwich I got was a blt with avacado. The was one small slice of tomato and the avacado was piled on one side. I was hungry and ate it because it is hard to mess up a blt but somehow this was accomplished yesterday with mine. Also there was nothing on the bread of the sandwich and was never asked about what I would want on the bread portion but assumed mayo would be included. It was not making it dry on top of being made in a sloppy way. Not sure why my sandwich came out this way and if this is how they usually make sandwiches but wont be going back to find out. Also had the soup and it came with cheese, which again I was never asked if I wanted. I hate complaining so ate a few bites until I realized it was made in a microwave and had an unevenness to the temperature. I got a hot area that burned my tongue. Plus the soup was also way too salty. My other concern is that as a sit-in diner I expected to be offered a glass of water but was given none. In Arizona we should all be mandated to think of others water intake and feel this should not be legal in the food service industry to not provide water. I was originally trained to take water to a table I was serving off the bat. Idk who trains these people? But the fish usually stinks from...

I use to order from here all the time but after today I will not ever again order from here. Food was delivered to wrong location and was told food would be remade and sent out. 45mins past and I called to check and they stated they went to go pick the back up from where they dropped it off (How gross) I stated I’m sorry that not ok how do we know that it wasn’t touched by those people her response to me was well we touch your food and who knows our driver could touch your food! (At this point I was disgusted) I asked to talk to a manager and I was told she was the owner. Well wait for my refund and won’t be eating here...

I am from Virginia and had a bachelorette party in Scottsdale, AZ. We used the Lunch Bag catering service and it was amazing. I worked with Sandy beforehand and she was able to tell me how much food she thought would work for 13 girls. The wraps were excellent and don't even get me started on the cookies!!! They were fresh, homemade, and SO SO yummy (especially late night ) The food was the perfect amount with a little left over, and the delivery was right on time. He set up food, plates, napkins...the whole 9! I would recommend the Lunch Bag to anyone. Great food, great service, and...
