We recently had the pleasure of shopping for a new mattress and had it narrowed down to Purple and another mattress company. We were blown away by the level of customer service we received at Purple. The associate (Scott) who assisted us was incredibly informative, answering all our questions with patience and clarity. Scott took the time to walk us through the different mattress options, explaining the benefits of the Purple technology and helping us understand what would best suit our needs.
Not only was Scott knowledgeable, but he was also extremely polite and respectful, making the entire experience feel seamless and enjoyable. We never felt rushed, and I genuinely felt that he was dedicated to helping us find the perfect mattress, rather than just making a sale.

My husband and I were visiting from WNY and we don’t have a showroom in Buffalo, so we took the opportunity to stop in and try the mattresses. We both have the purple pillows and want to upgrade our mattress, but we have very different mattress preferences when it comes to soft and firmness. Barbie was so knowledgeable and sweet, she took the time to explain in detail the difference between each mattress. We also mentioned we share our bed with our dogs and she informed us that everyone at Purple was a pet owner and lover which was nice to hear! Answered all of our questions and gave recommendations. We didn’t have high hopes when we went in the store but we were wowed with how supportive but soft the one we chose was.
