I recently was gifted a beautiful Rolex from a loved sibling in my family who suddenly passed away last week.. I’ve been wearing it ever since in memory of my brother. Yesterday morning after I walked into the office, one of the screws/pins came loose and the watch fell off my wrist.. I immediately looked for closets / reasonable Watch sore and found The Estate Watch and Jewelry co. They advised my watch needed special pins/screws in order to be put back together and I also wanted a professional shine/cleaning and needed all repairs completed by next day, or as soon as possible so I can wear it for my brother’s funeral (Thursday/Friday)services tonight, and tomorrow. They communicated it should only take a few days..,or so.. but when I mentioned this was my brothers watch and I plan to wear it in memory of him for all funeral services(today & tomorrow) They said they understand, and they’ll see what they can do.. I received a call back from the store notifying me everything was taken care of and at reasonable price too!! The store employees made it a priority that one of their customers satisfaction must be in this situation. I dropped my watch off around 12pm yesterday, received a call back just hours later and picked my watch at 5pm after work the same day. Estate Watch adjusted everything to completion, and the watch now looks brand new! Everyone in the store was so kind, efficient, and truly helpful as they understand the meaning and and significant behind each of their customers valuables and request. My husband used to make jewelry many years ago. He passed about 6 months back and I find myself a bit short on funds so I dug out his old jewelry with the purpose of selling. They gave me a lump sum offer which I felt was low but I felt intimidated since I took their time up so I accepted their offer.
